The process is simple: they'll collect your sewing machine from our location, and then they'll promptly get in touch with you, providing a quotation for the necessary service or repair.

At this point, you'll have the flexibility to decide whether you'd like them to proceed with the service or repair. Once the work is completed, you will receive another call, notifying you that your machine is ready for collection. It's our way of ensuring that your sewing machine remains in top-notch condition, allowing you to continue your creative journey without any hindrances.

To facilitate a seamless process, you can conveniently make your payment directly to the Ashford Sewing Centre over the phone or leave the correct amount in cash with us at the time of machine collection.
